So I’ve been running for the past month or so just to get back into shape.
While looking at some triathlon sites I was reading that some people run in some special way. The two main methods I noticed were the Chi method and the POSE method of running.
Reading a bit more about the pose method over at the pose site, which is unfortunately kinda crappy and cluttered, the method really seems to make a lot of sense.

This was a good article written in the NYT that discusses the ideas behind barefoot running (or flats running).
